At SkinRx Skincare, we truly value your trust and want you to shop with confidence.

Return & Exchange Window

  • We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. Our rider will come and collect the item from you. You just have to pack it well and hand over to the rider so that it cannot be damaged during dispatching. Our representative will be in touch with you during the process.

  • To initiate a request, please contact us within 5 days via email or WhatsApp.

Product Condition

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return or exchange is requested without any fault from SkinRx, the shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • In case of a wrong or defective item sent by us, SkinRx will bear the shipping cost.

Approval Process

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection once received. Once approve, the customer can expect to receive the amount within 14 business days into his/her account or can get any item in case of exchange within 3-5 business days.

  • SkinRX reserves the right to approve or decline requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
